Our session will begin at 6:30 pm and will be 50 min HIIT workout.
W hat To Know:
1. ARRIVE EARLY
FOR YOUR SAFETY, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IF YOU DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY TO YOUR FIRST SESSION!
PLEASE ARRIVE 10-15 MINUTES EARLY for a new client demo. This demo will prep you on the flow of our unique training, get you set to use the VersaClimber, allow you to connect with your Coach on any injuries or training limitations, and overall get you set for a great first session.
Please allow yourself enough time to sign our liability waiver. You can read it beforehand here.
2. CHECK IN
Please check in at the front desk each and every visit. If you fail to check in - we will not know if you made it to session and you may be marked as a “No Show.”
3. WHAT TO BRING
All you need is your gym clothes and gym shoes …and your work ethic!
B.Y.O.Water Bottle or we have water for purchase along with a water fountain/filtered bottle filler.
SHOWERING? We have beautifully designed, full service locker rooms that include towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryers, lotion, deodorant, Q-tips, and laundry bags.
4. WHAT TO EXPECT
Your Strength-Forward experience will be 50 minutes long; 40 minutes of training bookended by a proper warm up and cool down. #BeReady
