We created Heal Hours to break down the three biggest barriers that keep our brothers from getting the support they need:

Application Details

What we do

1.    Cover the bill
Each participant receives a package of fully paid therapy sessions, online or in person. No co-pays, no surprise invoices.
 2.    Curate the right fit
We match you with licensed therapists who understand the lived experience of Black, Latino, and other men of color, so you can speak freely and be heard.
 3.    Build community, not stigma
Every session is private, but you are never alone. Our monthly Heal Hours circles spotlight real stories of healing, turning therapy from a whisper into a badge of strength.

We pay for the sessions.
We match you with a therapist who looks like you, understands your story, and listens without judgment.
You choose whether your healing happens in person or online.

How it Works

Step 1: Tell us about yourself
Share your name, contact info, age, and where you’re located. This helps us connect with you and match based on your state and preferences.

Step 2: Share what you need (optional)
Let us know what you’d like to focus on in therapy and if you have any preferences for your therapist—gender, cultural background, or lived experience.

Step 3: Choose how you want to receive care
Tell us if you’d prefer virtual or in-person sessions, and what days/times generally work best for you.

Step 4: Submit your application
Once you submit, we’ll review it and follow up with your therapist match and next steps.
